Not sure what shots your child needs or if they are up-to-date on everything? Look up their official shot records at https://izrecord.nv.gov. Instructions on looking up your records can be found here: https://immunizenevada.org/community/immunization-records. These official records can be printed and sent to your child’s school as proof of immunizations. Email Immunize Nevada at [email protected] if you have issues with looking up your records.
As a reminder, please do not wait until the last minute to vaccinate your child! Many places are not doing walk-in appointments to practice proper social distancing. Schedule your appointment now, as spots will fill up very quickly as the start of the school year gets closer. Don’t wait! Vaccinate!
